| Welcome to A.B.C. Skin & Cosmetic Dr Mercurio graduated in medicine in 1980 and, after hospital-based training, worked in general practice until 1997. Since 1998 he has concentrated on the provision of cosmetic procedures, the treatment of varicose veins and the management of skin cancer and skin conditions. Dr Mercurio believes that patients need to be fully informed about the treatments and procedures that they undergo. This website is designed to give you the best available information in a balanced way so that you can make an assessment of the advantages and disadvantages.
